  • Service and repair team and upper management • Promote the company and its products by cold calling new customers for the sales team.
  • Follow-up of quote done by myself or the sales rep.
  • Maintain and increase sales.

  • Assist sales consultants with quotations, catalogues, sales orders etc…
  • Help and advise on correct products as well as liaising with distributors. • Keep clients up to date with all promotions and sales.
  • Keep up to date on what stock I have available for spares.
  • Quote and bring in business for spares on vacuum side and Lab side of the business.
  • Advise clients on import delays and reasons.
  • Advise client on different products,spares, services and applications.
  • Booking in of Laboratory repairs, complete job cards.
  • Follow up with relevant technician on repairs. • Keep both client & consultant informed on all progress.
  • Follow up on back orders, discounts prices and availability of all stock and spares.
  • Handle all complaints.
  • Do all after sales follow-ups.
  • Find source of supply, obtain quotes from suppliers and negotiate discount.
  • Provide sales report weekly.
  • Ensure no COD goods are dispatched without payment.
  • Meet monthly targets
