Duties
Plan and organize production teams,
Manage plant layout, processes and systems.
Review and execute production plan.
Monitor team and machine performance and production lines availability
Support planned maintenance activities such as shutdown and start-ups.
Manage and implement Performance Management Systems to ensure the achievement of set KPI's.
Drive motivation of team
Carry out disciplinary action where necessary.
