• Responsible for 3 Plants – Leaf Springs, Suspension and Coil
• Direct supervision of 3 Plant Supervisors with a total staff compliment of 21

• Define PC& deployment objectives on a semi-annual basis and build up an action plan in co-operation with the plant and division PC&L Managers
• Set up the means to achieve the action plan and ensure results.
