Fill in timesheets for temporary and permanent employees and control production costs.
Ensure that employees and contractors adhere to SHEQ requirements.
Identify training needs of employees and ensure that employees are trained
Ensure that employees adhere to the disciplinary code of the company and initiate disciplinary proceedings when there are deviations from the code.
Communicate the targets and requirements from senior management to the shopfloor.
Manage production outputs through daily update of production figures and recoveries.
