Duties

Duties
  • Executing full Payroll Function on Main Payroll, Exco Payroll, and Payrolls that fall under the umbrella company. (5 companies)
  • Managing and streamlining all workflow in the payroll department. Preparing and compiling of all data regarding adhoc and annual Increases, Bonuses, etc.
  • Control, lead and Manage of 2 Administrators.
  • Managing and implementing all changes on ESS and GL modules. Full Administration of ESS system.
  • Verification of payroll Calculations within the Payroll System, and new earnings and deductions.
  • Implementation of workable solutions to business / workflow processes. Implement quality control measures.
  • Submission and reconciliations of monthly GL Exports. Reconciling of Payroll Control Accounts (help Finance).
  • Provide expert advice on remuneration issues and best practice within the Organization. Facilitate annual Audit on Department. Facilitate weekly staff meetings.
