Duties
- Working on breakdown, lubrication and compiling breakdowns reports (BAF), Booking breakdowns & minor stops for machines time stealer on MES.
- Developing , updating checklists, standard operating procedures (SOP), Taging & Detaging for machines Deviations .
- Attending daily production technical meeting to discuss Issues & Actions with stakeholders prior planning for next PM Activities.
- Ensuring that the process is operating optimally and reaching production targets.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of the processes in order to maximize efficiency.
- Responsible for tracking main KPI’s such as operational performance indicators, extract losses, safety on a shift basis. Participate in quality.
- Responsible for providing safe working conditions by implementing and enforcing compliance to company safety standards.
- Responsible for coordinating planned maintenance (PM) activities and daily CILT (Autonomous maintenance) activities on the lines.
- Responsible for inventory management i.e. ensuring that we have enough raw materials for production & Responsible for ordering machines spare parts (stock items) on SAP & From Supplier i.e Nampack , Krones, Vanguard etc.
- Ensuring compliance to ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001.

Duties
- Manufacturing of high density plastics bottles for various products packages & Ensuring process is operating optimally & Reach targets.
- Compile hourly quality checklists and Non-conformance reports (NCR) for Laboratory,
- Maintain Housekeeping & Ensuring safety & quality Std are meet.
Retail - Wholesale : Electrical Technician From 2004-09 To 2007-01
Duties
- Installation for store showroom merchandiser & New products.

- Ensuring every light fittings are provided with a data sheet and all screws, bolts, nut it’s complete as well as glasses are not broken.
