Duties
  • I manage a team of 4 employees within my department and use every opportunity to guide and develop their position in the company as well as their careers.

Duties
  • During my over 8 years at Bidvest Bank, we built the brand from being known as a foreign exchange provider only to being a fully-fledged banking partner.

  • Planned, managed, analysed and reported on three budgets related to the marketing function in excess of R50 million and reporting back to the Marketing Executive and Financial Director.
  • I created and maintained a brand strategy in line with the business and marketing strategies, and conceptualised a process for all customer-facing and internal documentation.
