Responsible for payroll and payroll related queries of 230 staff member, General Ledger Setup, requisitions, skills submissions (Full Payroll function)
? Assist with cash ups – ensuring everything balance per day expenses and income
? Knowledge of PAYE,SDL, UIF, ETI
? Responsible for recruitment of all staff (Engen, Wimpy and Woolworth)
? Responsible for HR administration
? Responsible for handling all EE matters and is also the EE Manager.
? Responsible for Health and Safety of the site, checklist to ensure all
Health & Safety protocol are being adhere to,
? Responsible for contracts, job offers as well as interviewing
? Responsible for disciplinary of Engen - disciplinary hearings as well as warnings
? Responsible for all tax submissions, mid-year and tax year end, IRP5, EMP201, EMP501
? Proficient in using Easyfile to submit EMP501 reconciliations
? All documentation regards to Injury on Duty.
