Receptionist - welcoming of guests,manage front desk,make bookings,receive/transfer calls,receive/send emails,switchboard, make payements and invoices,check-in/out of guests andbmake appointments.
Housekeeping - clean rooms,stocktaking,stockcontrol,assisting guests and make turnovers.
