NGO : Data Capturer From 2018-10 To 2019-03
Duties
-Ensure accurate daily data capturing for designated service points
-Maintain and update all relevant HIV/TB registers
-Capture incoming clinical data on clients rendered services from mobile and outreach teams
-Ensure that all data are captured according to the standard operating procedure
-Ensure all data is transmitted to relevant manager timeously
-Liaise with facility staff regarding recording and reporting
-Complete daily, weekly, monthly reporting templates accurately and timely submission thereof
-Work closely with the TB/HIV focal person and facility manger
