Most often, tasks to supporting an office, and include phone, email, and calendar management, internal communications, preparing reports, maintaining office equipment and office supplies, and some human resources functions.
Colleting, calculating and accurately capturing data (timesheets)
Maintain and updating employee records on SAP payroll system as per approved requests
Printing and distributing payslips on weekly and monthly basis
Capturing leave forms, uniform, stop orders (union), garnishes
Performing ad-hoc duties as and when required
Ensuring processes are followed at all times
Maintain filling system and ensuring all documentation is up to date
Completion of relevant disc
