Minimum Qualifications:
Grade 12
1 year certificate from College or Technical school
Computer Literate – MS office Suite, ERP System
Minimum Experience:
3 years related experience
Key Tasks:
Liaise with customers in regards to their spares enquiries
Prepare quotations on LN BAAN as per the SOP (QTC 100 sales quotations)
Submit quotations to customers for spares required
Assist with spares forecasting
Acknowledge and sign off the purchase order proposals on a daily basis
General office duties
Load customers’ orders on BAAN as per the SOP (QTC 100 sales order entry)
Generate documentation for delivery of goods to customers
Plan and check goods being loaded for dispatch to customers
Receipting of stock from head office and inventory reconciliation
Responsible for stock control and maintaining correct levels
Control waybills and their registers
Perform stock cycle counts on BAAN as per the SOP (PTD 200 Cycle counting)
Inter branch stock transfers
Resolve GIT issues
Expediting of customer orders and back orders
Debtors collection and Creditors payments when required
Apply the LEAN principles to operations
Adhere to SHE and Housekeeping requirements at the branch and customer sites
Adhere to Duty of Care Policy at all times
Minimum Skills/Abilities:
Ability to solve problems
Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations
Must be a self-starter
Ability work alone and part of a team
Good communication skills.
