Process all ad-hoc debit, credits, as well as, contras and adjustments of credit and debits.
Reconcile and balance cash transfers/payments received from Export Dealers and process payments.
Process and release orders and reconcile export accounts
Retrieve bank statements, reconcile and balance to daily settlement spreadsheet.
Process, check and maintain bank transaction/financial instruments with regards to dealer’s financial arrangements with COMPANY/Letter of credits/Bank Guarantees/Cash payments/terms extensions etc.
Liaise with all Export Dealers regarding their accounts, terms, contracts, orders and queries.
Monitoring the Dealers credit limits and report any discrepancies to management.
Liaise with financial institutions re the processing of Foreign Exchange – All financial instruments/Claims and process such proceeds received.
Ensure Dealers receive copies of all ad-hoc debit and credits.
Ensure that all statements are timeously sorted and sent to Dealers and TM’s.
Reconcile statements on request from Dealers.
Uphold the routine Credit policies and procedures.
Co-ordinate all the Credit departments functions in absence of staff in the Credit department.
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks related to A/R.
Assist in ad-hoc dealer auditing and dealer training relevant to the A/R department. (To be trained by Account Credit Manager)
Reconcile, process and maintain retail sales.
