Professional competence
Educational background, vocational training
Grade 12 Senior Certificate;
Fluent in English;
Technical Degree favorable.
Professional experience and know how
Extensive experience in Microsoft office packages;
Experience in a similar role;
Construction site and/or logistics experience preferable.

Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative staff planning, valuation of staff qualification, staff development and target agreement.
