Job Summary:
We are looking for an Account Manager to be responsible for driving annual sales targets and sales growth of assigned sales territory through direct sales.
Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor's degree, and 5-10 years relevant working experience.
Responsibilities:
To develop, implement and maintain effective account plans to manage sales of Company products. Identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers to build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business. Deliver high quality customer service by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services.
Collating and leveraging on market intelligence to drive sales
Securing long-term development of business in assigned sales territory
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements. Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
Responsible for the effective promotion of assigned products.
Ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned period.
