Position Summary The Facility’s Sr. Manager coordinates and oversees the different departments involved in the Facility’s operation in order to guarantee the Company experience.
Supervises resources administration and ensures communication between collaborators.
Responsibilities
Oversee Facility’s operation and functionality to guarantee service standards
Verify alignment of service provided according to the standards of the Company experience
Ensure financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all metropolitan departments
Drive Company Facility business to increase profits
Oversee periodical assessments and forecasts of facility’s financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals
Review working practices to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devise an alternative
Develop plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure execution of preventive and corrective actions, regarding maintenance, operations,

safety and security, information technologies and general services
Work with each metropolitan department heads to get the best performance from staff
Ensure Company facility operates smoothly
Ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and organizations, such as unions relationship
Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
Monitor working climate and deliver communications solutions when needed
Provide follow up to yearly and monthly programs related with the collaborators engagement
Identify opportunity areas and provide improvement strategies
Oversee payroll management

Qualifications
Educational Background
Business Administration, Tourism Educational Degree Bachelor’s Degree
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Administration Areas Position’s Specific Knowledge

Advanced Level of English
