Candidate is required to perform the following roles. Sales and office.
Generate relevant documents quotes, cash sales, invoices etc. for the external sales representative.
Prepare the external representatives presentations.
Respond to all relevant e- mails, tiles requests, tenders etc.
Set up meetings and schedule appointments for the relevant sales executive.
Attend all training.
This candidate must check pricing and where necessary approach the relevant manager for discounts and pricing.
In addition the candidate must ensure that the product is available, what shade is available or if it needs to be
Imported how long it will take and at what price.
The candidate must check credit availability for account customers and if necessary very diplomatically call the
Customer and request payment.
The candidate must have an assertive, patient, friendly and energetic personality.
The candidate must be dedicated and very good at paper work, filing etc.
The candidate must have great communication skills.
Approximately 3 – 5 years in sales. 3 - 5 Office management in the BUILDING industry.
Must be in a position to read, write and speak English well.
Candidate MUST be fully computer literate and able to work in word, send e-mail etc.
