Purpose of the role:
Connect company is looking for a problem solving, tech loving, data solving,platform evaluating, Business Analyst & Technical producer. An insight, data andtechnically driven individual that has an understanding of the digital landscape,digital campaign process, technical & web & data ecosystems and platforms, as wellas a super understanding of information technology.
Job description:
The requirement is for this dynamite individual to be the conduit betweenourselves company and our development team, managing the following, butnot limited to, the following outputs:
External (with client) and internal scoping (with internal creative anddevelopment teams) as well as external client, data, integration and I.Tpartners.
Accrue information across numerous web, mobile, social, database, data,integration points, wireframe and technical sources.
Experience in developing, preparing, completing and presenting consumerand client facing documentation.
Business Requirements Documentation
Functional Specification Documentation
Including all database sources, wireframe mapping, architectures etc.
Blue printing documents
Wire framing documents
Campaign and platform architecting
Reporting documentation
Project planning and time charters (creative and technical)
Scope of work, change request and scope creep documentation
Work with our creative and technical teams, during project productionlifecycle including: (Project milestone meetings, dev checks and pit stops,scope creep documentation, change request documentation etc.), as wellas lead project meetings and status sessions.
Help establish clear project definitions and scope to fulfill the strategy, definemilestones, define key decision points to facilitate rapid learning, and rapidlyexecute.
Evaluate work developed by staff to insure it meets Connect’s technicalstandards.
Lead regularly scheduled team meetings, especially during technicaldevelopment and production processes.
Build/support network of technical resources (individuals and companies) for overflow.
Participate in process, QA, UAT and quality standards documentation.
Work with Creative Project Managers and Producers to create meaningfulwork items, an achievable work schedule and evaluate risks to both theproject and the team.
Architect workable solutions that meet client objectives within time, scope, and budget considerations.
Research/discover/evaluate emerging technologies that will enhance us work both creatively and financially.
Work with account services and creative directors in helping to secure andshape new business opportunities.
Oversee projects from start to finish by maintaining oversight and ensuring asuccessful completion.
Provide thought leadership in terms of technical solutions.
Provide a technical point of view to clients and teams on methodology, approach, platform, and risk.
Insure appropriate staffing resources are identified, put in place, andeffectively utilized at the appropriate time meeting our technical and quality standards.
Troubleshoot specific technical problems as needed and investigate/examinenew and different technologies that will creatively and financially enhance the work.
Develop and code technical solutions as required, specifically in architecture,databases, web services, mobile, social and other advanced technical areas.
Experience
Minimum 3 years Business Analysis experience
Excellent problem analysis and solving skills
Knowledge of the traditional, online, mobile, digital, tech and innovation platformand campaign environments
Strong technical and data & reporting aptitude
Experience in creating high-level and low level-requirements
Experience in developing functional and non-functional specifications
Experience in developing business cases
Experience in working with regulatory legal requirements and documentation
QA test sheet experience
Prototype documentation
Knowledge of requirements management with proven use of a BPM tool/s
Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Waterfall and SDLC methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
