Your Responsibilities
Supervise QC laboratory staff, including day to day management of quality control operations.
Develop and implement good laboratory practices and stringent quality controls in manufacturing.
Manage non -conforming raw materials and finished products.
Conduct laboratory health & safety risk assessments and environmental aspects and impacts analysis.
Develop and implement QC procedures and work instructions.
Ensure all laboratory tests are conducted as per defined test methods and frequencies.
Approve and release job cards for manufacturing and ensure high standards of data integrity
Conduct FMEA, control plans and statistical process controls for the laboratory
Qualifications we are looking for
A minimum of a National Diploma in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or related studies.
Five years supervisory experience in QC and Laboratory environment with ISO internal audit qualifications
Previous exposure in lubricants manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001,14001, 45001,IATF 16949 and other internal standards
