Job description:
Main focus is to ensure that profitability is achieved in all branches under your control through effective management of Sales Staff and Assets.
Responsible for ensuring branches under your control achieve set performance standards (KPA’s) - as determined by the Board and communicated via the Operations Director – through effective management of staff, clients and assets in your area of control.
Accountable for overall performance results of your area under your control through measurement of sales, audit and budgetary profit standards as determined by the Board.
Authority for this position is granted by the Operations Director in that if otherwise stated/instructed, your area sales results remains under your complete control at all times.
Own reliable transport & valid drivers license
Be willing to travel
Ability to perform under pressure
Being able to demonstrate attention to detail.
Being organised and meticulous in performance of duties.
Being conscious of deadlines and have good sense of time management.
Being able to prioritise and plan work activities accordingly.
Being able to get along with a wide range of people.
A can do, proactive attitude.
Ability to work both autonomously and as an active team member
