Reporting to Head of Marketing The Media Lead for Audio-Visual and Print, oversees the creative direction of all advertising, marketing and branding campaigns for the OTC DIVISION ensuring they fit the overall brand strategy Job Purpose Required Learning Bachelor degree in Commerce, Marketing or Business Science. An ability to translate Therapeutic Area Lead briefs into creative that fits their needs. Previous Knowledge of Creative design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a related industry. Key Job Outputs Collate concepts for creative work that fulfil the OTC DIVISION’S objectives in addressing the needs of the customer, being Retail Pharmacy and Consumers Patients. Creating multi-channel campaigns that span all forms of media offline with online adaptability. Presenting ideas for creative campaigns to stakeholders and selling concepts for creative consideration by Therapeutic Area Leads which will assist in briefing sessions with Ad agencies. Work/collaborate on exciting creative campaigns for brand reinforcement, rebranding and relaunching projects. Ensuring all creative work fits the brief given and achieves the target goals. Working closely with other areas of the OTC DIVISION to execute creative campaigns. Repurposing content for different mediums including Audio, Visual and Print with readiness for Digital adaptation. Creation of entertaining and informative video content for the website. Working alongside the social media manager to create content for the different social media channels. Art direction for advertising campaigns across a variety of mediums. An ability to work on a number of projects at any time. Project managing campaigns to ensure delivery to deadlines.
