Reporting to Head of Marketing The Media Lead: Digital will oversee the digital marketing strategy for the OTC Division across all Brands Job Purpose Required Learning Bachelor degree in Commerce, Marketing or Business Science. Experience in ECommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, social media and Affiliate programmes. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice. Extensive Graphic design experience is a strong added advantage. Previous experience (2-3 years) in a similar digital marketing role in a consumer related or healthcare. Key Job Outputs Putting together concepts for creative work that fulfil the OTC division’s objectives in addressing the needs of the customer, being Retail Pharmacy and Consumers Patients. Creating an OTC Digital Ecosystem as a platform to advertise and promote its leading brands across therapeutic areas. Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns. Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the OTC Division’s digital presence. Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the digital platform(s). Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC. Overseeing the social media strategy for the OTC Division and its Brands. Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness. Managing the redesign of the OTC Division’s Digital platforms. Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the OTC Division’s digital presence. Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data. Review new technologies and keep the OTC Division at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. Managing the OTC Division’s Digital Media budget with strict discipline. Core Competencies An ability to multitask and prioritise between different projects
