Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Wear the antistatic clothing
Check the production Plan
Program the machines based on the latest CAD files, PCB and BOM
Ensure that AOI/SPI detects all soldering and mounter machine non-conformances
Send PCB’s to repairs that have non-conformance with RED sticker at defect location and part number
Program all new models and current models based on ECO’s
Operate the AOI and SPI machines
Report on daily defects and months defects with action plans
Ensure proper housekeeping in the area
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications and Experience
N.Dip: Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical engineering
2-3 years experience in any manufacturing/production/electrical field
Have experience of bill of materials and engineering changes
Have experience working on ERP system
Project planning experience
Able to read and understand engineering drawings
Working experience in various cultures is strongly preferred
Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) at advanced level
