Interaction with Business Process Owners (BPO’s) with regards to software specifications and writing of specifications. Take ownership of the Incident Management Lifecycle from Initiation to Closure and ensure that the Incident Management process is efficient and effective and is followed. Manage all Incidents on HEAT within the agreed Service Level Agreement parameters and ensure that the appropriate escalation takes place.
Identify and implement improvements within the approved Incident Management process.
Ensure that quality Management Reports are produced and review all Incidents regularly (daily, bi-weekly, monthly) and take appropriate actions.
Manage agent/call logger’s resource availability to maximize the efficiency of skilled resources.
On a regular basis he Analise Support Desk metrics i.e. Call Volumes, Abandoned Calls etc and initiate actions to ensure Continuous Improvement.
Manage Incidents that is referred to Third Party vendors and make sure that all my staff is productive and developed on a regular basis.
Management of lecturing on all management seminars. Developing junior and middle management via short course training - developing and seminar costing.
Lecturing I am lecturing on all levels of staff in the company. I lecture on soft skills and company specifics and is also involved in regional training. (road shows)
