Have good reporting skills Have a “can-do” attitude Experience essential Job spec Together with senior executives and marketing dept, formulate and execute a strategy for internal marketing and communication Investigate and use suitable communication platforms to implement internal marketing and communication strategy Plan, create and write communication for both head office and field staff to keep them abreast of company news through monthly newsletter, regular emails and ad hoc memos Ensure that communication from other departments is successfully communicated to all necessary employees Monitor and manage customer care issues that involve staff Plan organize and implement internal awards/incentives Plan branch manager and or staff conferences when necessary Create and present presentations to all levels of employees including feedback to board Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly Key skills Writing skills: excellent writing, editing and proofreading. Ability to read an audience and adjust communication level and language accordingly as you will be communicating with both high level executives and branch staff. Speaking skills: strong speaking skills Creative skills: You need the creative ability to devise communication strategies Digital skills: Familiarity with information
