All administrative duties linked to managing the general office, including but not limited to issuing and capturing invoices and delivery notes, issuing quotations, reconciling customer and supplier accounts, goods receiving, goods dispatching, cash collection, stock management. Receiving + assisting walk-in customers, counter sales, cold calling to set up meetings for sales, website enquiries, customer complaints etc.
Minimum qualification level: Matric required. Strong admin experience and good people skill required. Need own transport.
