Provides vision for achieving mission objectives through human resources strategy
To oversee the human resources function, ensuring the provision of advice on HR matters to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Management team;
Developing the APP objectives and operational plans for the units within the Corporate Service.
Direct the planning, development and implementation of HR and OD strategy;
Lead the development and review of relevant HR strategies, policies and procedures; including talent management strategy, rewards strategy and employee value proposition;
Provide advice and guidance to the Chief Executive and Senior Management on organisation development matters;
Lead the provision of a range of services namely human resources management and organisational development.
Ensures all HR policies and procedures meet the requirements of the applicable legislations; and keeps abreast of emerging legislation development;
Sets Human Resources technology strategy and processes; and
Lead HR team in maintaining or changing the organisational culture.
Oversee Corporate Services units and financial risk to the Agency.
Manages risk, opportunities, and gaps in the Corporate Services divisional strategy; and
Oversees critical organisation changes with the support of EXCO and the Board.
Drive the strategic and operational initiatives for Facilities Management.
Ensure that the organisation has the appropriate office premises in line with business requirements and legislative imperatives;
Lead the management of all the premises used by the Agency including the relationships with landlords, managing agents and other tenants ( where applicable);
To procure and manage a range of facilities management services including safety and health, cleaning, security, and fire protection.
Ensuring activities meet and integrate with agency requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
Direct the Customer relationship management function.
Liaising with other divisions’ Executives so as to understand all necessary their needs to ensure appropriate service delivery;
Monitoring, evaluation, measuring service level agreement with internal customers and suppliers to, ensure appropriate levels of service delivery; andDevelop and embed a culture of customer focus.

Qualifications
Required/Requirements:
- Postgraduate Degree in Business Management/ LLB Business Administration/HR/MBA.

- Senior Management in legal services and human resources management.
