Key areas of responsibility will include:

• Attainment of the sales budget for the KwaZulu Natal Region
• Planning and implementing of sales strategies
• Maintain customer service levels
• Preservation of company assets and inventory
• Motivate staff
• Develop the capabilities and skills of the staff compliment
• Ensure good corporate governance aligned with the company BMS

Qualifications and Experience:

• A management qualification or equivalent management experience
• A strong sales and business development focus
• Exceptional communication, motivational and people management skills
• Experience in the management of assets, budgets, expenses and profitability
