Reporting to Head: Group Quality Assurance Manager
Job Purpose: To drive the implementation of an effective and compliant Quality Management System within the company.
Key Job Outputs:
Facilitating and driving implementation of electronic Quality Management System across all sites, distribution centres and divisions.
Initiating, reviewing, approving and implementing SOPs and Quality Manual per the required process.
Implementation of an effective recall system compliant to SAHPRA requirements.
Management of Deviations, change control and CAPA as per approved SOPs.
Management of self-inspections program ensuring recommendations are made and corrective and preventative actions identified and implemented effectively.
Leading Quality review meetings within Group Quality Assurance.
Implementing an annual risk schedule and ensuring risk assessments are done according to the schedule and approved SOP.
Management of customer complaints process to meet investigation timelines and complaint closure.
Performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrences with deviations and negative audit findings
Staff members are adequately trained and perform their jobs to a satisfactory standard.
Drives continual process improvements based on the latest GMP trends and guidelines
Implement adequate measures for all quality systems
