Brief Description of The Role
- Product costings, bills of materials, analysis of variances
Main Responsibilities
Product costings
- Compile and send through the raw materials expected costs reports and the accessories expected costs reports.
- Ensure all costs are same in all warehouses.
Production and variances
- Review production variances daily and weekly with the production manager.
- Ensure BOM recovery are correctly accounted for in the month.
- Review recovery rates regularly and make recommendations to senior management.
- Record and report on all non-conformances, drainings, electricity and water usages.
Stock counts and adjustments
- Ensure perpetual stock counts are conducted weekly.
- Plan and manage quarterly stock counts and report on results.
Budgets
Capex
- Supporting the business with Capex applications.
ERP admin
- Month end closing of inventory module.
Balance sheet reconciliations
- Perform allocated balance sheet recons within specified time
