Responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance to the Territory Manager.
- Assist new and existing customers with any enquiries – Product or Service.
- Various administrative duties as required like – preparing Quotations, Updating the CRM, Weekly Reporting and Scorecard updates etc.
- Prospecting and Cold Calling
- Co-ordinating with Territory Manager to confirm and secure customer meetings
- Establish an Interlink between the customer and our business / yourself
- Participate and follow through on any Sales or Marketing Campaigns
- Increase knowledge – Product and Sales through ongoing Learning and Certifications
