General Receptionist duties, but will also assist with marketing and admin duties
Duties:
Receive and assist clients upon arrival at reception.
Advise relevant party of client’s arrival.
Reserve conference rooms for meetings and lunches.
Maintaining the electronic diary for all conference rooms
Ensure the rooms vacated after a consultation is neat and in order.
Ensure stock is taken by the Cleaning Staff and ensure that kitchen groceries are ordered timeously.
Responsible for ordering canteen and Tuckshop supplies
Do a monthly stock count of the Tuckshop
Monitor the intercom system, cameras and the parking areaReceive and sign acknowledgement of receipt of all services.
Ensure that reception and boardrooms rooms are always neat and tidy, this includes the reception desk.
Monitor the Coffee machines and keep clean, ensure there are always clean cups and sufficient milk, sugar at all times.
Report malfunctioning coffee machine
Proof reading of marketing material
Assisting and managing of the following duties w.r.t marketing material (Promotional Flyers/Datasheets/ photography etc.)
Any other duties required
Branding and Promotional item distribution support
Marketing campaign support
Must be presentable
