The Training Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of training courses within our organisation. This role involves planning, organising, and executing training activities, tracking progress, and producing reports.
Responsibilities:
- Student Advisor: Provide first point of contact for enrolled delegates, provide admin support for delegates and respond to a range of delegate support e-mails and phone queries. Work with the organisation’s inhouse CRM system.
- Compliance: Ensure that training courses comply with the relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Training Program Development: Work with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure all training courses align with current best practices and updates.
- Training Delivery: Work with facilitators to coordinate and assist with training sessions, workshops, and presentations, either in person or through virtual platforms.
- Scheduling: Create and manage training schedules, including arranging suitable venues and trainers, and communicating training details to participants.
- Resource Management: Coordinate training materials, equipment, and resources required for training sessions, ensuring they are available and in good condition. Keep stock of office supplies and order when necessary.
- Delegate Management: Maintain training records, track attendance, and manage delegate feedback. Address delegate questions and concerns during and after training.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Collect feedback from delegates and trainers to assess the effectiveness of training courses. Use this feedback to produce client reports and to make improvements and updates to training content and methods.
- Finances: Work with Sage Accounting and produce relevant quotations and invoices for clients. Allocate payments to invoice online
