The Sales Assistant responsibility is to assist the Sales Manager, Sales Team and to successfully manage the JHB House customer base and add value to each one of the customers. Maintain and update administration requirements, i.e. Customer Base, Pricing Tiers, Spec Data Sheets
- Manage and update Customer Data Base with contact details and pricing tiers.
- Update pricing on Share Drive.
- Update Spec Data Sheets on Share Drive
- Assist in setting regional standard price list templates, and Customer special price list templates.
- E-mail price lists and/or product pictures to customers upon requests.
- Update CRM entries on SmartEdge (to be loaded by the end of each week)
