- Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Onboarding: Develop and conduct comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the company effectively.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including performance appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Provide information and assistance to employees regarding benefits.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- HR Policies: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other related documentation.
- HR Reporting: Prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
