8. Manage the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement and KMS server
9. Manage Tenable IO and oversee remediation of identified Vulnerabilities
10. Install ,manage and configure ManageEngine environment
11. Install ,manage and configure SCCM for Anti-virus management
12. Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
13. Prioritize and manage Service requests and Projects
14. Manage on site Server Engineers including task assignments and development
15. Manage third parties and service providers
16.Provide management reporting
