Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer
Duties:
Effectively execute the Creditors Function by means of performing all associated tasks
Effectively execute all functions associated with the Debtors function
Processing of financial transactions:
Update assets register in conjunction with new or disposal asset register
Perform accute forecasting
Daily updates of Cash Book
Preparation and processing of provisions, depreciation salaries, etc
Adjustments to supplier and/or customer accounts
Correct incorrect allocations
Create Journals
General Ledger reconciliations:
Reconcile General Ledger
Balance accounts
Prepare VAT reconciliations and process e-filing
Credit Card reconciliations and payments
Fleet Card reconciliations and payments
Analysis of Income Statement and Balance Sheet Statements
Payment of non-stock goods
Management of petty cash
Evaluating and reporting on stock
Preparation of Management Accounts
Preparation of annual budgets
Perform general administrative duties within the finance department
Any other reasonable duties given from time to time (required of the employee in order to enable the Company to fully utilise its manpower resources)
