Purpose of Role:

Responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the integrated electronic security industry. The role ensures sales targets are met while upholding the company's core values of accountability, integrity, urgency, and excellence.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Sales & Business Development:

Achieve or exceed the assigned sales budget, ensuring both turnover and gross profit (GP) targets are met. 

Conduct a minimum of 10 sales calls per week, securing at least a 5/10 appointment ratio. 

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate business opportunities. 

Identify and pursue new business avenues within the integrated security solutions market. 

Present and sell integrated project solutions tailored to client needs.

Client Satisfaction: 

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any sales-related concerns. 

Maintain a complaint-free client portfolio by resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Compliance & Adherence:

Follow company policies and procedures in all aspects of sales and client engagement. 

Adhere to company working hours and professional conduct guidelines.

Innovation & Strategy:

Identify emerging trends and innovative solutions within the electronic security industry

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and sales strategies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification. 

PSIRA registration (compulsory). 

Valid driver’s license - EB

Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) 

4-5 years’ experience within a sales environment.

Relevant industry related experience, and knowledge of consulting engineers would be advantageous.
