Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organized filing systems and records
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Perform general office duties and support ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Prior experience with sourcing or procurement is a plus
