Event Planning and Execution:
- Work closely with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistical details.
- Coordinate all aspects of event execution, such as venue selection, catering, entertainment, audiovisual setup, and transportation.
- Oversee on-site event management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
Vendor and Supplier Management:
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, such as florists, decorators, and AV technicians.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to quality standards.
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for events, as required.
Budget Management:
- Create and maintain event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with vendors to maximise budget efficiency.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and attention to detail.
Post-Event Evaluation:
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event and gather feedback from clients and attendees.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements for future events based on feedback and lessons learned.
