Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs aligned with business needs and development plans.
  • Assess learning needs through collaboration with business units and tailor interventions accordingly.
  • Develop and implement competency-based learning and development solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions using defined metrics.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to support talent development strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, SETA requirements, and legislative compliance (e.g., Skills Development Act, B-BBEE).
  • Support the development and maintenance of learning materials, e-learning content, and other training documentation.
  • Guide and mentor junior staff or interns in learning programs when required.
  • Contribute to workplace skills plans and annual training reports.

Requirements:

  • Commerce qualification (Degree/Diploma)
  • SA Citizen with valid work experience 
  • Post degree qualification an added advantage 
  • Experience in financial sector (Banks, Insurance etc.) an added advantage
  • Leadership experience in community / corporate an added advantage.
