Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs aligned with business needs and development plans.
- Assess learning needs through collaboration with business units and tailor interventions accordingly.
- Develop and implement competency-based learning and development solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions using defined metrics.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to support talent development strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, SETA requirements, and legislative compliance (e.g., Skills Development Act, B-BBEE).
- Support the development and maintenance of learning materials, e-learning content, and other training documentation.
- Guide and mentor junior staff or interns in learning programs when required.
- Contribute to workplace skills plans and annual training reports.
