Functions and Responsibilities:
To support ESSN – Enterprise software, servers, storage and networking products to existing and potential clients.
To support SLA’s to existing and potential clients.
Tasks :
Provide telephone, face to face and online support to the client.
Client liaison and communication to assist and resolve the clients IT system requirements within the agreed SLA’s.
Provide customer service and manage the account to retain a long term business partnership.
You must provide high level product knowledge to enable you to understand the companies value proposition, product range and service requirements.
Training and certification will be mandatory as prescribed by the company.
