Purpose
- To provide field service support to dealers and contractors, by effectively resolving problems related to equipment faults, installation challenges, service problems and technical training in a way that enhances company brand as being customer focused.
Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Field service support and supervision of all company equipment installed base for South Africa, [Export Countries Upon Request]
- Commissioning of all MULTI V System installations as installed by responsible dealer/s
- Management and attention of all site call-outs, equipment failures and fault trips
- Accurate and professional reports for all commissioning and site work
- Academy management and training of all course material to attending students
- LATS Design of all MULTI V System tenders and enquiries
- Technical rectification in liaison with Engineering Support in Korea
- Manage client technical questions, queries, incoming via sms or mobile
- Auditing of all equipment installations performed by Dealer Network where any unit failures may occur
- 1Installation supervision, [MULTI V Systems], where necessary
- Upon request only by the AE Division to support The Engineering Team with Mechanical Consultant visits and projects, [South Africa and Export Countries]
- Supervise B2B Team according to company policies
