Direct subordinates: Lab and Storeman, Tech Support & maintenance team members, remote monitoring team
Job Purpose:
To oversee and manage technical support and Maintenance activities, whilst ensuring highest levels of compliance and standards as defined by the overall Industrial strategic objectives.

- Technical Support (40%)
- Maintenance planning and support (30%)
- Compliance (10%)
- Customer Service (20%)
Technical Support:
Ensure reliable, efficient, and technically sound operations with minimal disruptions and high equipment uptime
Maintenance Planning & Support:
Achieve seamless maintenance execution, extend asset life, and prevent downtime through forward planned and structured maintenance activities
Compliance:
Ensure full regulatory and safety compliance, protecting assets, people, and reputation
Customer Service:
Maintain strong internal and external service reputation by resolving customer issues quickly, professionally, and within agreed timelines
