FT Contract - Level & Group Teamleader - Ekurhuleni (East Rand) - South Africa

Job Purpose:

The Level and Grouting Teamleader is responsible for leading the level and grouting team, ensuring that all levelling and grouting activities are performed to the highest quality standards in accordance with customer requirements and company's structural specifications.

Contract Position: Please note that this is a contract position and not a permanent appointment. The role is to support the limited duration of a new project and to address the temporary increase in workload and operational volume. The contract will run for the duration of the project or as operational needs require. The expected period will be from July 2025 to March 2026.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of Grade 10

2. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in levelling and grouting operations, preferably within a construction site environment.

3. Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role within a construction environment would be beneficial.

4. Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)

5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients

6. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

7. Valid RSA Driver’s Licence

8. Ability to work at heights.

9. Willingness to work overtime as required

10. Medically fit and in possession of a valid medical fitness certificate

11. Demonstrates discipline and a positive attitude

12. Ability to perform well under pressure

13. Able to motivate, communicate with, and lead team
