We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to exceed sales targets while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the industrial market to identify sales opportunities and trends.

• Promote the company’s products and service offerings to new and existing clients.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular engagement and support.

• Conduct customer training sessions where necessary on products and applications.

• Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports to the Sales Manager.

• Actively contribute to team strategies and initiatives to drive growth.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within the industrial sector.

Education:

• Matric with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.

• A Diploma in Marketing or a related field will be an added advantage.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of SAP is essential.

• Solid understanding of industrial tools, power tools, and high-pressure hydraulics.
