We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team based in Bryanston. The successful candidate will specialize in leasing and selling commercial properties, including warehouses, industrial parks, and retail spaces. The role requires strong knowledge of the local property market and the ability to build relationships with both landlords and tenants.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, list, market, and sell or lease commercial (warehouse and retail) properties.

  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings, both in-office and on-site.

  • Build and maintain a strong network of property owners, developers, and corporate tenants.

  • Prepare professional property proposals and presentations for clients.

  • Negotiate lease/sale agreements and manage the deal process from inception to close.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, zoning laws, and market activity in the Bryanston and surrounding areas.

  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure all client interactions and property data are accurately recorded.

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, legal, and finance where required.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Inherent Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years in commercial real estate (warehousing and/or retail property experience is advantageous).

  • Qualifications:

    • Matric certificate (essential)

    • Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (Real Estate)

    • NQF Level 4/5 in Real Estate (preferred)

  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential)

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Strong sales and negotiation skills

    • High level of professionalism and self-motivation

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    • Ability to work independently and meet targets

    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

    • Strong understanding of commercial lease and sales documentation


Remuneration:

Commission-based (market-related with potential for high earnings based on performance).
Retainer or basic salary structure can be discussed based on experience.
