We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team based in Bryanston. The successful candidate will specialize in leasing and selling commercial properties, including warehouses, industrial parks, and retail spaces. The role requires strong knowledge of the local property market and the ability to build relationships with both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:

Source, list, market, and sell or lease commercial (warehouse and retail) properties.

Conduct property viewings and client meetings, both in-office and on-site.

Build and maintain a strong network of property owners, developers, and corporate tenants.

Prepare professional property proposals and presentations for clients.

Negotiate lease/sale agreements and manage the deal process from inception to close.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, zoning laws, and market activity in the Bryanston and surrounding areas.
