Matric / National Senior Certificate
Registered Debt Counsellor (advantageous)
Insurance industry experience
Competency Skills and Knowledge:
Proven experience in sales (preferably in debt counselling, financial services, or call centre).
Strong communication and negotiation skills – both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Basic understanding of debt counselling, credit reports, and financial hardship solutions
Apply personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, responsibility, and confidentiality in all areas of responsibility.
Possess strong problem solving and decision-making skills while using good judgement.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
Proficient in English & Afrikaans.
The ability to work independently.
