Job Description:
  • We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team in the Retail-Wholesale industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts in order to drive business growth and meet sales targets. The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for developing strong relationships, understanding client needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of retail and wholesale accounts, including identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product delivery
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, such as sales performance and market trends
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and market conditions in order to anticipate changes and opportunities
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on account activities, sales performance, and growth opportunities
  • Key Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven sales and account management experience in the retail and wholesale industry
  • Knowledge of retail and wholesale operations, including pricing, inventory management, and logistics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
