We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Internal Diesel Salesperson to join our Springs-based team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in diesel sales and a strong understanding of diesel fuel injection systems and spare parts. This is an internal sales role focused on maintaining and expanding our client base, processing sales orders, and supporting our sales objectives through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell diesel fuel injection components and related spare parts to customers.
- Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
- Process, track, and follow up on sales orders and deliveries.
- Track competitor activity and monitor market trends.
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions efficiently.
- Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely stock ordering and availability.
- Report regularly to the Sales Manager on performance and market feedback.
